Loooong day, so let’s get to this!
Breakfast: The usual and most excellent gluten-fee extra thick rolled oats with flaxseed and blueberries.
Lunch: I thought I was meeting a friend for lunch at our favorite Thai food spot, but she never showed up. After looking more closely at my calendar, I realized I had the wrong day! Good gravy, this eye thing is annoying.
I ended up ordering salad rolls and steamed veggies with peanut sauce. The brought rice, but I ignored it. Sooo tasty and filling. I guess it really IS possible to eat out and not lose it. And for this upcoming Monday? I already know what to order. Heh.
Dinner: I am *still* working my way through the massive vat of vegetable curry I made on Sunday. I think I have one more day before it’s gone. Jeepers, I really need to be more careful when I cook. Ha!
